IBARAKI PREFECTURE – JAPAN

CURRY SOMEAT (VEGAN CURRY)

It is a plant-based substitute for traditional Japanese curry. The blend of spices and carefully chosen ingredients give this curry an authentic flavor. Without garlic or onion, it can be enjoyed by everyone.

USE

It can be easily used in its more traditional manner, paired with rice and a vegetable topping. As for Italian cuisine, it can be used to create unique recipes such as lasagna, vegan curry cannelloni, or to add more flavor to grilled vegetables or meat skewers.
